How to create new emaployee with login details and profile?


Employee can created by owner account. for creating account we must have employee business email id. After successfull profle creation employee can login and access by signup login id and password. After login employee must need to change the password. Employee can make professional profile there. can change the profile picture, educational details, skill,experice details.


  • signin your account and click employee menu bar.
  • click on all employee tab.
  • in right side of the page you can see the Add Employee button. please click on it
  • Please fill employee details in popup forms


  1. Employee Code : Company employee code should be uniq
  2. Employee Name: name of the employee
  3. Joining Date
  4. Select employee Department and Position
  5. Select reporting under employee
  6. create login id: should be uniq
  7. password: min  6 char length (no special charecter)
  8. Gender : Male or Female
  9. Date of birth : is for birthday reminder
  10. Mobile No.
  11. Personal Email Id
  • Click to add button..
  • Employee created Successfully.
